The performance was attended by five hundred troops, firefighters and rescue dog units and underwater, sanitation, local police, civil guards, members of Civil Protection and Emergency Military Unit.

Reverte stressed the importance of satellite communications in emergencies, noting that "coordination and involvement of all institutions and organizations is achieved through this type of preparation and training exercises."
