The Professional Circuit of the Performing and Cultural Arts of the Ministry of Education and Culture starts in January with 14 of the 126 shows scheduled in 16 stages of the Region in the first half of 2020. In this way, it is launched This initiative of the regional government that facilitates the distribution and public display of the work of the creators of Murcia, fostering a network of scenic spaces and production companies.
Specifically, this initiative begins with functions selected by the programmers of the municipalities of Águilas, Cieza, Jumilla, Lorca, Molina de Segura and Santomera.
The general director of the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts, Juan Antonio Lorca, affirmed that "this initiative combines economic, technical and management efforts to carry out quality, stable and continuous programming in the scenarios of the Region. Circuit is the natural evolution of the Scene Plan started in 2014 ".
The purpose of the Circuit is a boost to companies and producers of Murcian performing and musical arts, which provides stability to develop their work.
In addition, it allows to offer in the theaters and auditoriums of the municipalities a stable and quality programming for the enjoyment of the citizens, besides fulfilling a claim of the sector in the last years.
The first performances of the Professional Circuit of the Performing and Cultural Arts of the Ministry of Education and Culture will take place on Thursday, January 2, at the Capitol Theater of Cieza, with 'The moon in the garden' of Silfo Theater, and the Villa Theater by Molina de Molina de Segura, which shows 'Golula' by Galitoon.
The next day, also in Cieza, Periferia Teatro represents 'Cloud to cloud' and in the Theater of El Siscar de Santomera you can enjoy the show 'Pupaventuras' de Cía.
This last work can also be seen on Sunday, January 12, on the stage of the Casa de la Cultura de Águilas.
In addition, the City of Águilas has selected in January for the Infanta Elena Auditorium the shows 'An ideal husband' of Sequence 3 on day 10, and 'La zarzuela on stage' of the Spanish Lyric Company on Saturday 25. For its part, Santomera He has also programmed 'Mamá' from Doble K Teatro on January 19, and Jumilla 'La casa dehind' from Teatro Silfo on Sunday 26 at the Vico Theater.
The program of the Circuit is completed with the shows 'Retahilando' by Eugenia Manzanera on day 4 at the Villa de Molina theater;
'Antígona' of the Railway Company on the 18th, 'The wise women' of Vértice Producciones on the 24th, and 'Juana' of the Losdedae Dance Company on the 31st. One day earlier, this same company will take the same show to the Guerra de Lorca Theater.
