The regional government through the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, funded the refurbishment of the firm Santomera Crossing, which will take place along a stretch of four kilometers and in which 730,444 euros will be invested .
This road is one of the main access from the Huerta de Murcia to the municipalities of Abanilla and Fortuna.
The intervention was conducted on the section between the origin of the RM-414 road, in the old National Road 340, in full Santomera crossing, and the connection with Santomera-Abanilla output of the A-7.
The Director of Roads, Jose Guijarro, explained that the proposed improvements "joins other actions on the same road RM-414 as part of the conservation plan and road traffic safety of the regional government."

The proposed works involve the strengthening and adjustment of the pavement and improved drainage system of rainwater.
