Santomera IU-Greens today accused of "cowardice" of the regional government president, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, not to attend the opening ceremony of the Youth Space in the town and "send their counselors as if they were his lackeys."
The leftist coalition has called for the resignation of Valcárcel by cuts applied by the Executive Murcia and has warned the mayor of Santomera, Jose Maria Sanchez, the new youth space "will not help if you keep practicing sectarianism ever seen."
In his view, since Victor Martinez agreed to the council in 2007 "has not convened any public competitive grants to develop activities, but these are carried out mostly by young members of the Popular Party."
It also underlined that this "unscrupulous partisanship" is no empty spaces existing cultural and youth, in which only scheduled activities to celebrate the holidays.
