Regional Service Director Employment and Training, Ginés Martínez, along with the mayor of Santomera, José María Sánchez, today visited the new virtual office employment in the municipality, which will provide better service to its citizens, who no longer have to scroll to the employment office of Murcia for the usual formalities and procedures related to job demands.
This virtual office, the second to be launched in the region, is located in the building of the Local Development Centre (Cedes), and from there users can perform several actions such as renovation of telematic applications for employment, high or low unemployed, consulting jobs or training courses, among others.
The office has autous space equipped with seven computers and two different classrooms where group actions will be developed and individualized guidance.
Martinez said, "This project will contribute to more readily available to citizens for information and advice about the working world," and stressed the importance in these times of crisis help the unemployed all the services that the Administration puts its service.
In this regard, said that "Santomera users receive improved and the proximity of this new office," which will serve a population of 15,500 inhabitants, of whom about 1,900 are jobseekers.
The Ministry of Education, Training and Employment plans to launch another five more like this virtual offices in municipalities that do not have employment offices, such as Cotillas Towers, San Javier, Fuente Alamo, Puerto Lumbreras and Beniel .
