At about 9:16 am this morning a 112 call indicating that a cyclist was injured by having an accidental fall, near Santomera Swamp, on the road from the dam to the quarry, with shoulder injuries and head.

So instead shifted immediately a Mobile Emergency Health Service of Murcia, informing the doctor that the injured was in an area inaccessible to the ambulance, so they would have to move on foot.

Located the casualty, a man approximately 60 years old, have confirmed that trauma had a brain injury and a shoulder injury, so we requested the helicopter for transport.

The helicopter of the DG of Public Safety and Emergency Rescuers with the Consortium Group, were collected and transferred the wounded to the HUVA, reporting to the emergency department arrival.
