The Commonwealth of Social Services Eastern Region presents alternatives to the crisis (15/10/2008)

Commonwealth Social Services Eastern Region held at the Casa de Don Claudio santomerana Ros, from today until December 16, a Social Skills Workshop, aimed at providing training resources to ensure the employability of its 15 students.

The president and the director of the commonwealth, José María Sánchez and Juan Pacheco respectively, accompanied by the Director General of Pensions, Assessment and Inclusion Programs in the Region of Murcia, Juan Castano, with the President of the Association Ragpickers Emmaus Francisco Vidal, has been officially open the workshop in the press room of Casa Grande.

Students from both Santomera, Fortuna, Beniel as Abanilla, receive $ 10 per class, 3 euros for travel expenses in addition to a diploma of the 180 hours of teaching provided in the Social Skills Workshop, thanks to 20,000 euros grant from the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the region.

"Since the Commonwealth of Social Services must join forces with the regional administration, to propose alternative employment despite the crisis," stressed the chairman of the joint, José María Sánchez.
