All the folk tradition, history, fauna and social reality of the African continent to reach the "Africa: house of words" (17/12/2008)

Until 22 December, children from Santomera, La Matanza and Sisco, in Casa Grande have a meeting with the folk tradition, history, fauna and social reality of the African continent thanks to the educational exhibition, "Africa : house of words ", organized by the Department of Education and Culture on the occasion of Christmas.

Linking the geography and fauna of this continent from the scene of novels and movies like 'Five Weeks in a Balloon', 'Tarzan' and 'Out of Africa', find answers to the symbolism of the characters in their tales and stories, even reflect on the cost of health and the needs presented by this continent, are the activities that raises this show for children.

Councillor for Education and Culture, Civic Maribel, stressed that "this exhibition is a great opportunity for children of the town, meet a different view of Africa, away from stereotypes."
